Safety First

At Little Lane Playroom, the safety and well-being of your children are our top priorities. We maintain a clean and hygienic play space, regularly cleaned and sanitized to provide a healthy environment for kids to enjoy.

While parents are required to supervise their little ones during their entire visit to Little Lane Playroom, a member of our dedicated team is trained to ensure that our visitors are following the rules of the playroom so that everyone can safely enjoy our space.

We adhere to strict safety protocols and standards, giving parents peace of mind while their children engage in imaginative and active play.

Cleaning & Sanitizing

Cleaning Procedures at Little Lane Playroom

At Little Lane Playroom, we take great pride in offering a clean and sanitized play experience for our guests. See below for the various precautions we take to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of our space.

1.) Hand Sanitization Prior to Every Play Session

At check-in for every 60-minute play session, we ensure that our staff & each guest's hands are clean and sanitized before entering the play area. We use the Babyganics Foaming Pump Hand Sanitizer. â€‹

2.) Cleaning & Sanitizing Before/After Every Play Session

We close the playroom for no less than 30 minutes after every play session to have time to clean and sanitize high touch surfaces and any dirty toys in-between play sessions. The play mats are also vacuumed and mopped regularly. At Little Lane Playroom, we use Force of Nature to disinfect and sanitize surfaces, toys, and play equipment to ensure you and your child enjoy a clean and safe experience at our playroom.

Force of Nature is an EPA registered medical-grade disinfectant and sanitizer. It’s EPA approved for use against Covid-19 and it kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, mold and mildew, including Norovirus, Influenza A, Salmonella, MRSA, Staph, Listeria, Pseudomonas, respiratory viruses and the viruses that cause flus.

3.) Sanitizing Toys / Dirty Toy Basket

We have a basket that parents are asked to use to place any toys and books that have been placed in little one's mouths during the play session. After the play session, we ensure that these toys and books are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

4.) General Wellness Requirement

By signing the required waiver prior to each play session, caregivers attest that themselves and any minors under their supervision are not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

For the health and safety of all patrons and staff, children who are visibly ill or displaying symptoms of any illness will not be allowed into the playroom. This includes but is not limited to symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, pink eye, skin rash, stomach issues, or any other signs of contagious illness.

If a child is suspected of being unwell, Little Lane Playroom reserves the right to ask the child and their accompanying guardian to leave the premises immediately and without refund.
